The Blend is a Newfoundland based podcast founded and hosted by NL hip hop artist and the founder of Progressive ENT; FranK. FranK started to do these podcasts as a way to learn more about at to stay in the community & to give them a platform to speak / have their voices heard other than in their own musical offerings. Progressive ENT is an independent hip hop label based out of Newfoundland, Canada that consists of multiple artists working together to further their careers and create great memories / music in the process. In the end, life is all about progression so we like to promote healthy growth in music and life in general. 7 artists spanning the length of the province as a whole (headed by FranK, including Dante Miracle & Rocka G) come together to help make their dreams a reality while consistently showing that they’re a force to be reckoned with in not only the Newfoundland hip hop scene, but the Canadian one as a whole. Constant solid all around music and drops coming from the team as the evidence shows with their debut mixtape release “Locked In Vol.1” which has amassed 25k+ streams as a whole in the first few months of release on Spotify & 50k+ on all streaming platforms. A driving force in the NL hip hop community with no signs of slowing down in the coming 2024 calendar year or the ones ahead. Dante Miracle
Dante Miracle (Dante Miracle Lorne Hiscock) is an aspiring Hip-Hop artist that traded one genre for another. He is a 2-time Music NL Awards Nominee and a 2-time East Coast Music Association Award Nominee. Formerly known for his melodic voice as a Gospel artist Dante is now using thaf same set of vocal cords to bring his reality to the front to show everyone who hears his music, that just as good things may have seemed there have been larger battles behind the curtain of smiles and happiness. Dante is not your average rapper who writes solely for recognition, but to tell stories so that anyone who listens to his music can find comfort, relatability and most importantly, a friend that understands the pain of life and hiding your true self.
